Tuesdays 5:30 pm Gentle Flow
Thursdays 5:30pm Hatha Flow
Saturdays 10 am Yin Yoga - deep stretch
Sunday 7pm Meditation for sleep and
stress-relief (by donation)
$10 Drop-in (*community and meditation classes are pay what you can if you can!)
